Managed IT · Security · Networks

When something breaks, you'll know exactly who's coming.

We keep the computers, networks and phones running for small businesses and job sites across South Louisiana — so you can get back to the work you actually do.

No contracts to sit through. No sales engineer. Just one of us.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

Most small businesses don't need an IT department. They need the four things below to quietly work, and one number to call when they don't.

Managed IT & helpdesk

Somebody to call when it stops working. We watch your machines, install the updates, argue with your software vendors so you don't have to, and fix what breaks — usually before you've noticed it.

  • Remote + on-site
  • Patching
  • Monitoring
  • Vendor wrangling

Cybersecurity & compliance

Ransomware doesn't care how small you are — it looks for the easy door. We lock down email and endpoints, get your backups tested instead of just scheduled, and train the people who click the links.

  • Endpoint protection
  • Email security
  • Tested backups
  • Staff training

Cloud & Microsoft 365

Email, files and licences that work the same from the office, the truck and the kitchen table. We move you across on a weekend, and Monday morning everything is where you left it.

  • 365 migration
  • Google Workspace
  • Cloud backup
  • Licence cleanup

Networks & on-site work

Firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi that actually reaches the back of the shop, and phone systems that follow your people. New building or eighty-year-old one — we'll get the network behaving.

  • Firewalls
  • Wi-Fi design
  • Switching
  • VoIP phones

Why people stay

You get the owners. That's the whole model.

E&E is two people. That isn't a limitation we're apologising for — it's the reason our clients don't leave.

There's no tier-one queue reading from a script, no offshore night shift, no account manager who changes every quarter and has to be re-explained to. You call or text, and whoever gets back to you already knows your network, your building and your people.

The person who set it up is the person who fixes it.

And yes — the hours are on purpose

No downtime

Maintenance happens when you're closed.

Updates, patches and migrations are disruptive by nature. We run them evenings and weekends on purpose, so your team never loses a working hour to us.

Real attention

We're not stretched across three hundred clients.

No call center, no rotating techs, no overhead to cover. You get direct access to the two people who actually do the work — at a rate that reflects it.

Built to last

We're not doing this halfway.

Both of us still hold full-time jobs while E&E gets off the ground — on purpose. We'd rather grow slowly and keep every client properly covered than take on more than we can actually support.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

  1. We look at what you've got

An hour on site, no obligation, scheduled at a time that works for you — usually an evening or a weekend. We document what's running, what's failing quietly, and what's a genuine risk to the business. You get the findings in writing whether you hire us or not.

  2. We fix and standardise

We clean up what's broken, verify the backups actually restore and patch what's exposed. It happens evenings and weekends, so nobody loses a working day to us.

  3. We keep it running

Occasional help is billed hourly. Once support becomes a regular thing, we'll scope a flat monthly package instead, so you're not counting hours. Bigger projects get a fixed quote before we start, never a running tab.

Where we work

Close enough to drive out.

Remote support fixes most things in minutes. But some problems need somebody standing in the room with a cable in their hand, and those are the ones that cost you a day of work if nobody comes.

We take on clients inside a comfortable drive of South Louisiana — close enough that we can be on-site the same evening if something needs hands, not stuck on a call three towns over.

Start here

Let's take a look under the hood.

The assessment takes about an hour and costs nothing — evenings and weekends work great, we'll build it around your schedule. Worst case, you walk away with a written list of what needs attention and no obligation to us.
